Frequently asked Questions

Do I need yoga experience to join?

Not at all! These classes are designed for beginners and those returning to yoga. I adapt the practice to your level, so you’ll always feel supported.

Each class is 1 hour live on Zoom. Twice a week, you’ll have 2 hours of guided movement, breathwork, and meditation.

I keep the group very small: only 3–5 people max. Sometimes, you’ll even practice 1:1 with me, depending on the group size. This way, you always get real attention and feedback.

You can cancel up to 24 hours before class and receive a token to reschedule. Since I guide you in real time, no recordings are available.

What styles of yoga are included?

I blend Hatha, Flow, and Vinyasa with meditation, Yin yoga, and breathwork. This creates a balanced practice that supports strength, mobility, and stress relief.

Yes! You can join the free 30-minute community classes every Wednesday and Friday morning at 7:30 AM (French time) to get a feel before joining the pass.

No stress, you can cancel anytime. Your journey should feel supportive, never forced.

Yes. you’ll have direct access to me. I’ll guide, adjust, and follow your journey so you see steady progress over time.
