I was suffering in silence
For years, I lived what looked like a successful life on the outside. I worked in luxury sales, then climbed my way into a fast paced digital marketing manager role in Paris spending seven years managing major campaigns, tight deadlines, and high expectations.
But the cost was high. I was constantly exhausted – physically drained, mentally anxious – and underneath it all, I was in deep, unrelenting back, hip, and knee pain. No doctor, physiotherapist, or osteopath could truly solve it.
I pushed through it for as long as I could. But my body was screaming for change… and so was my soul.
Yoga Didn’t Just Help Me - It Saved Me
I didn’t come to yoga as a calm or flexible person. I came broken, burnt out, and desperate for relief.
What started as a physical practice quickly became a lifeline. Yoga helped me reconnect with my body – but also with something much deeper: my emotions, and a sense of purpose I didn’t even know I was missing.
Through yoga, I slowly healed from chronic pain. But I also moved through layers of depression, anxiety, and disconnection. This healing didn’t come from a miracle pose – it came from consistent, mindful movement and self-awareness, the same practices I now share with others.
I Felt a Calling to Help Others Find What I Found
Healing changed me. It made me realize I couldn’t go back to a life that only looked good on paper. I wanted to do work that mattered – to help others feel whole again. To support people like me: strong, smart, and doing their best… but secretly suffering in silence.
That’s when I made the leap. I left my digital marketing career and devoted myself fully to yoga therapy. I traveled to India and trained in Hatha, Ashtanga, Yin, and Therapeutic Yoga. I studied the body, the breath, and the art of supporting people in pain.
Because to me, this is more than movement – this is a mission.

What Makes My Approach Different
Unlike quick fixes or one-size-fits-all classes, I tailor each session to your body and your lifestyle. Because healing isn’t just physical. It’s emotional, mental, and nervous-system deep. Whether you work at a desk, stand all day, or feel like your body is working against you, I’m here to remind you: Healing is possible.
You can feel good in your body again. Not just get by, but truly feel alive, grounded, and free.
You Deserve To Heal
If you’re tired of just managing the pain, If you’ve tried everything and nothing seems to last, If you’re ready for something deeper than just stretching, I’m here not to fix you, but to walk beside you as you remember your own power to heal.
Because every time you show up for your well-being, you’re doing more than easing pain.
You’re rebuilding trust with yourself. Healing is an act of self-respect.
It’s saying yes to your body, your energy, your life. True transformation begins when you decide to turn inward, to listen, to understand, and to move with awareness. That’s where real growth begins. That’s where healing becomes freedom.
